PRIVACY POLICY

INTRODUCTION

We at Oragious respect the privacy of our users and customers and know that our users and customers care about how their personal information is collected, used and shared. Please read this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") carefully to understand how Oragious may collect, use, share and disclose your personal data, whether through the Oragious website, or otherwise in the course of our operations, or how you may access the information you provide us.

This Policy applies to information we collect at Oragious.ulu.sg, ulu.sg and all subdomains of ulu.sg (all referred to as the "Site").

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT?

We collect information from you, which you voluntarily provide when you register on our Site, login to your account and when use Oragious, fill up information on your account page, or provide feedback to us be it via the Site, email, during a phone conversation or in mail correspondence.

  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your queries).
  • To send periodic emails. The email address you provide during registration and for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, inform you of promotions, offers, surveys, events, products and services, etc.
  • To personalize our services and your user experience.
  • Verify your eligibility and deliver prizes in connection with promotions or contests.
  • Perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our products, services, or content, or products, services or content offered by others.

  • Lawyers, auditors, professional advisors and investors of Oragious,
  • Any other agents, service providers or subcontractors acting for or on behalf of Oragious,

for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested, or to do anything at your request, or

  • where you expressly consent to such disclosure, or
  • where such disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law, statute, stock exchange regulation or by-law, regulatory or governmental order or court order (in response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand).

We may share aggregated non-personally identifiable visitor information and other non-personal information we collect to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Recipients of your personal data may be located outside Singapore. You agree that we may transfer your personal data to our affiliates, subsidiaries and/or other third parties located outside of Singapore, as long as the personal data is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Oragious does not warrant or guarantee in any way that your personal information or private communications will always remain private and/or safe. Oragious hereby disclaims any responsibility or liability directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with, any loss, theft, or unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar actions with regard to any personal data held or maintained by us, except to the extent caused by our fault or negligence.

Please ensure that you take the necessary steps to protect against unauthorized access or use of your account. You are responsible for any loss, theft and compromise of your password and account information, and any activity on your account that takes place through unauthorized password use.

USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

In order to improve our products and services, we collect data by way of “cookies”. Oragious may contain links to other sites that may be of relevance and interest to you. Oragious has no control over, and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites, and you hereby waive any claim against us with respect to these sites. HOW LONG DO WE STORE THE DATA?

Personal data and automatically collected data provided by you through Oragious will be retained as long as the purpose for which the data was collected continues. Thereafter, Oragious will destroy or delete the information, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, unless its retention is required to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting or other business requirements or to protect Oragious' interests.

ACCESSING PERSONAL DATA, REMOVING, UPDATING AND CORRECTING PERSONAL DATA

If you wish to access, correct, update or remove your personal data, you may do so at any time by accessing your account settings through the Site. Alternatively, you may contact us at oragious@ulu.sg. A verification of identity will be required of the party requesting the information. Disclosure is made only to the individual whom the personal data pertains to. To make a request to withdraw consent previously given, please contact us directly at oragious@ulu.sg. You may request deletion of your account by sending an email to oragious@ulu.sg. Please note that some information may remain in our private records after deletion of your account. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your personal data after you delete your account, but not in a manner that would identify you personally unless permitted by law.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason and will place any such amendments on the Site. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes in the way we collect, use, and/or share personal information that may impact you, we will notify you by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you most recently provided us in your account, profile or registration (unless we do not have such an e-mail address), and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our websites. SALE OF BUSINESS

If Oragious' business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.
